1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bihar Creator Awards ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Bihar Creator Awards, you must:

  • Be at least 14 years of age
  • Have a valid Instagram account with at least 5,000 followers
  • Be a resident of India
  • Complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees

3. Registration and Fees

Creators must pay a registration fee of ₹3,500 to participate. Sponsors must pay ₹10,000 to register as an official sponsor.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Bihar Creator Awards are non-refundable. Once you have completed the payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or inability to participate
  • Disqualification due to violation of rules
  • Technical issues on the participant's end
  • Failure to submit video content within the deadline
  • Event cancellation or postponement (in which case, credits may be provided for future events)

By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Content Guidelines

All submitted content must:

  • Be original and created by the participant
  • Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Feature the assigned sponsor appropriately
  • Be posted on Instagram as a public post

6. Winner Selection

Winners are selected based on reach, engagement, and sponsor recommendations. The decision of the judges and organizers is final and binding.

7. Prize Distribution

Prizes will be distributed to verified winners within 30 days of the announcement. Winners must provide valid bank account details and complete KYC verification for prize claims.

8. Disqualification

Bihar Creator Awards reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false information during registration
  • Uses fake followers or engagement
  • Violates content guidelines
  • Engages in any fraudulent activity

9. Limitation of Liability

Bihar Creator Awards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this event.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
